The Sorensen School of Dance was founded in January 1986 by Kim Sorensen and since its inception has strived to provide an inviting atmosphere for students where a strong standard of technical training is encouraged. The studio offers a variety of classes for both the recreational dancer as well as those wishing to pursue a career in dance. The studio boasts a very talented and creative teaching team . As part of our mandate as a dance school we provide our students with a variety of performance opportunities. Some of the highlights include our Christmas production to support local charities, the Downtown Santa Claus Parade, our annual year-end recitals along with a variety of community events.
