Choices is a Social (Non) Profit that has been serving the community since 1968. Our mission is to provide employment supports and expanding opportunities for individuals with varying abilities. This may include but are not limited to physical, developmental cognitive and earning disabilities or restrictions, mental health issues, progressive degenerative conditions, brain injury, age, lack of education, criminal record, homelessness, addictions, lack of computer skills and people who are 50 plus. We provide one-on-one employment support for individuals 18 years of age and older with resume development, skill development, job search strategies, interview preparation, job maintenance and outside referrals to other social service agencies. We are located on Franklin Avenue close to all essential services and our offices are wheelchair accessible. Our organization is funded by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and the Province of Alberta
