Sumit was amazing to deal with at Fido in Woodgrove mall. I ended up buying a new iPhone XR but when I went home I had no service so ended up needing to return it two days later on Boxing Day. The mall was so busy but he still helped me return it and refunded everything. Overall amazing experience with him and would recommend dealing with him if you need anything. He totally still took the time and care even when helping me cancel services. Very professional and an awesome guy!
