First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. The owner Mike is a standup guy. Needed a battery for my truck a couple years ago and they had the most cost effective one I could find. When my battery gave up again less than 2 years later he replaced it with a better one and with a longer warranty (he no longer carried the brand i had as he found a better supplier). I was expecting an upgrade fee but he didn't charge me one. He said he wants to take care of customers and will look after the warranty. Quality service and reasonable rates.
