Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. This is a great old-fashioned personal small scale business where you get to talk to the owner and feel like you've made a trusted friend, though I'd never met him before. Ron came out and looked over my trailer as soon as I told him about the problems, called me the next day as soon as he did a thorough inspection, found and solved the problem in the most inexpensive way possible, and had the work done quickly and expertly.
