I've been to Oregano's many times and know the staff quite well. I usually split a pizza to start (margherita) and get an entree, or pasta. I love the veal parmigana. My husband and I went the other night and had an amazing meal, a wonderful bottle of wine recommended by our server that was perfectly paired to our meal. Wether you are grabbing a quick bite before the show, eating a 3 course dinner, or sipping on an espresso on the patio you can't go wrong with this sweet little neighborhood find! Salut!

Our original restaurant Sushi Cushi (which means 'raw fish and cooked food' in Japanese) began in 2007 at the Winnipeg Baseball Stadium. Since then, our name has changed but our restaurant still revolves around this name: half of our menu consists of fresh raw fish and the other half delicious pan fries, deep fries and stir fries. I began learning how to make sushi working as a chef in a variety of restaurants around Winnipeg in 2002. As my culinary skills grew I began to think about how sushi, if made right, can be so delicious and so healthy.
