After reading the reviews online about this restaurant I was apprehensive about going to a staff Xmas get-together involving 16 people. I don't know what other reviewers are talking about. The servers had excellent manners and the food was good (for the price) and was served in a timely manner. I didn't hear any complaints from anyone at our table. We were lucky to have a restaurant accomodate such a large group. The owner made a point of acknowledging the person who had made our reservation. Nice people, good food. I would go back.

Went there with 2 friends, the host at the front door was great, smile held the door, sat us withen 4 min there was a small wait but it was dinner time. Some big over weight lady was kinda rude to the server tho, people that are in a bad mood should stay home, stop trying to dump on others. Go on a diet. east side marios in pembroke is my favourite place to go, the food is great and the service is fantastic! i am a regular and enjoy that every visit is consistent, fabulous food, service and atmosphere. it is a great place to take your family because you are treated like family! one thing i would ask of east side marios is to please, please bring back the angel hair pasta!

Generous with the cheese and delivered hot. You may need a knife to separate the slices once you get it home. The sauce is great and the dough is a perfect mix of crispy and soft. If you're into dipping sauce this place has the best, fresh-made garlic dip I have ever tasted.
Their toppings are real and fresh, so when you ask for bacon, you get real bacon. Not a weird simulated little ball that tastes like bacon. This goes for all toppings.

We live out of the area and normally don't eat at ESM's as we have been bitterly disappointed in the past. Not so at this location! Our experience here put this restaurant back on our radar!
Great service, friendly staff (ask for Holly, she's lovely) and the kids were well looked after. Not to mention the ice-cold beer and fresh and tasty food.
If you have given up on East Side Mario's don't pass this one up. These guys should show the rest of the chain how it's done! EXCELLENT!
