My practice began in 2014, after graduating from WCCMT in New Westminster. Over the years I have seen the remarkable benefit of massage not only in healing of injury and relief of pain but in the passive facilitation of transformation and empowerment over one's own self.
My approach is to address the root cause of whatever is ailing you, using a variety of modalities such as deep tissue and fascial release, breathing exercises and meditation, yoga and stretching, and energetic grounding. I have continued my studies in Chronic Pain management and relief and completed the 200-hour ProHealth Yoga Teacher Training program.
I find my balance through walking and exploring the local trails and forests, painting and creating, travel, live music, yoga, and roller skating.
