McGinny's Pub in Sussex is a comfortable, welcoming environment serving good quality food at a reasonable price. Our focus is always on our customers and ensuring they have the best experience while at our pub. If you're there for a meal or just a drink with a friend, our priority is your comfort and enjoyment. We have daily specials and a bottomless cup of coffee when you purchase a meal. We have three "wing nights" a week on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, from 4:00 till 10:00 p.m., when our special is, 20 wings, of many varieties of flavors, and a pitcher of beer for $19.99. We have the only licensed outdoor patio in our area, where you can enjoy a meal or drinks, when weather permits. We welcome families and have kid friendly items on our menu. We can also cater to groups (25 people) and can any type of party. We have a traditional pub menu with many choices and can prepare any menu item to your preference. Over the years the Dundee Arms has developed an enviable reputation for hospitality, fine dining and gracious accommodations. Details of comfort and care ensure a most delightful stay. This Queen Anne revival mansion, constructed in 1903 by Lowe Bros. of Charlottetown for Mr. Parker Carvell. Together with his father, Lieutenant Governor Jedediah, Carvell operated a flourishing produce business and this building stood as a private residence until 1956. It was finally converted to an Inn in 1972. While extensive restorations have been carried out, the original character and charm of the property has been maintained.
