I can't find the Waterloo location on this site but this review is about my experience there.
Went on a Wednesday with girlfriends for drinks and nibbles in the bar. The service was awesome and the food was pretty quick and very tasty. We shared spinach dip, antojitoes and nachoes and we were stuffed! We didn't know a band would be playing and it was an added bonus. We had a great time and have plans to make this our regular get- together hangout!

I enjoyed working at this location for several hours. No one harrassed me about using the table for so long and the food was tasty and healthy so I didn't feel like I'd overindulged. That is, until a young Williams representative approached me and gave me a free Belgian Waffle slathered in ice cream. I certainly couldn't eat the whole thing; but now I know a great idea for treating the kids the next time we're out!

I have been coming here for 3 years and I find the food perfect and all for staff to be courteous, friendly and polite and the owners watch everything that goes on. If you want to go to a highly quality place then I would recommend here. You won't be disappointed.

We go to the Barley Works on Friday or Saturday nights after nine pm to play trivia. We have samples seveal of their menu offerings and really enjoy the perogies and spinach salad. April is a great bartender and we are never left waiting or wondering if we are being taken care of.
Worth the drive to Waterloo if you like a place to sit and play a bit of interactive trivia. So long as you don't mind that it is mostly a student hangout (and we "old fogies" don't mind at all).

We had a wonderful time watching both the basketball and hockey playoffs. The wings were excellent as always and the pizza, which I tried for the first time was fantastic. Kate the manager made us feel at home. A Waterloo landmark, we love this joint.

heard amazing things about the pizza here so tried it out recently on a thurs nite...restaurant was super busy but the staff was very accommodating to our group of 12...instead of us pushing a bunch of tables together, they have huge wooden table covers that let big groups sit together...very unique...got a pitcher of rolling rock (hard to find in this city) and a huge pizza for under 30 bucks total...good vibe...great service and quality food...will def be back
