Stoughton Credit Union Ltd. was founded May 12, 1960. By the end of the first year there were 102 members and assets of $130,000. In 1966, assets had grown to $500,000 and a new office was built. Kisbey Branch was amalgamated in 1971 with some 100 members and $110,000 in assets. There has been an addition to the Stoughton office, an interior renovation and new roof put on. Kisbey Branch has had an interior renovation. Today our assets total $108 Million and we have 1,743 memberships.
