Our Frigidaire washing machine shut down and we were referred to Aptco by the original retail company. It was a very complicated repair and Aptco did not give up in finding the source of the issue. They ended up taking the washer to their service centre, replacing all the major components, and because it was no longer under warranty, only charging a fraction of what the final bill should have been. Tyler came to my home to assess a problem with the water and pump system on a Maytag fridge. He was very professional and assessed it to be a faulty water filter that was purchased form Mr Appliance. There was no service charge for his visit as a result. He replaced the water filter and delivered to my home the same day. Excellent service.

Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move.
