Adam Swaye is an award-winning Magician who has been performing his style of Magic for over 25 years. Over the years his entertainment roster has grown, which turned into Swaye Entertainment, a full-service entertainment company specializing in Live Entertainment and production, for corporate as well as private events. Each year we have been involved with hundreds of companies and organizations, ranging from their black tie gala dinners, to halftime shows at the Air Canada Centre. We also do hundreds of private parties each year. No party is too small or large for our talented performers.
A magic show can be performed in small spaces, such as a living room or rec room. Ideally the room would allow 8' x 6'for the stage, but the setup is flexible. More importantly, some magic tricks are best viewed from the front. Try to avoid having seats beside or behind the stage, but all the kids party entertainers can adapt to any seating arrangement. Are the adults involved in the kids party entertainment, particularly the magic show? The magic show is fun for everyone. Some segments of the magic show are best suited to use adult volunteers. As well, the kids attention seems to improve when adults are watching, except if the adults are talking during the magic show. If the adults are sitting in another room, they often will come to see parts of the show because they hear the kids cheering and laughing. The kids, however, are distracted when adults walk in and out of the room during the magic show, particularly when the walkway is near to the stage.
