helped my spider phobia immensely - I used to jump out of my chair if even a small one was near me - after these sessions, I only react to the big wolf spiders but don't shut down with anxiety as I did before. I think more sessions will clear the phobia completely. Am thinking about going back for this & for snakes. - Tina
