I required a thorough home inspection report before my 2 year Tarion warranty expired. Don came highly recommended as being thorough and compiling a very detailed home inspection report. He took his time and was very meticulous when going through my home top to bottom and explained any deficiencies to me in a manner I understood and could explain to my builder along with written details/pic's.
