YOUR THERAPISTMargriet StoffmanMargriet has a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and a Master's in Counselling Psychology. She is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association and an associate member of the Professional Association of Canadian Christian Counsellors. In March 2011, Margriet and her husband Jayson launched I AM Ministry . Its goal is to share the Good News as well as educate and challenge fellow believers in Christ. To become the best counsellor she can be, Margriet also started studying towards a PhD in Pastoral Clinical Counseling.As a Christian, she has the heart and compassion to see people healed. As a counsellor, her passion is to help individuals, families, children, and couples move forward in their lives and realize their true potential. Margriet offers counselling to children, families, adults and couples. She has experience working with clients who have depression, anxiety, low self esteem, guilt, shame, unforgiveness, obsessive compulsive disorder, co-dependency, and addictions, as well as victims of abuse.
