I had the worst and greatest day yesterday.
It started terribly when trying to upgrade my Iphone with Virgin Mobile, not only was I sent to three different Kiosks but they didn't have anything i stock. When I asked for options they simply said I would have to wait and place an order. Well a friend of mine suggested this apple store and never have I had such a great customer experience. If you're upgrading go see Apple directly. They ROCK!

Not sure why others are bashing this place, ya of course the staff are a bit geeky duh it’s a computer store! I love Canada Computers mostly because they 9 times out of 10 get it right and the times they didn’t they MAKE it right.
