The preschool group consists of a maximum of 32 children who are placed in either the Rabbit Room or the Rainbow Room. Our pre-school group includes children who attend Junior or Senior Kindergarten at Palmerston Public School. There are two qualified ECE teachers in each room, as well as an assistant during the later part of the day. A catered lunch and snacks are provided. Children attending the school's kindergarten classes are escorted to and from their classes by day care staff.Palmerston Community Day Care offers a two-and-a-half hour nursery program in the preschool group from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. during the school year.
