The bank teller Krysten is absolutely amazing, she was so kind and made me feel very comfortable while being there. She helped me with everything to do with my bank account and went above and beyond. I will definitely only be using the north gate Scotia bank when I need to go in for customer service. She made my experience incredibly amazing.

I walked into this location to do some banking. While chatting with teller about my upcoming shopping trip to the USA, she shared her experience with me. Gave me the names of a couple of websites to find inexpensive hotel rooms. She even told me where to go shopping. It was great! They are so friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you.
