Each morning a fresh pot of coffee signals the beginning of a new day. The baker starts his dough, weighing out each ingredient in meticulous fashion, kneading and shaping. Meats are roasted to perfection and the air receives the classic smell of an Italian grandmother's kitchen. The doors are opened and the day continues. Highlighted by a great team, the customers get greeted with smiles and the aroma of freshly baked goods.
