I’ve been shopping at Rutledge jewellers for a few years now and I am never short of impressed by the beautiful pieces they have. I mainly deal directly with Ryan Rutledge, who is phenomenal to work with. He takes his time to really understand what you are looking for and then carefully crafts out a selection of stunning jewelry to choose from. Ryan is very friendly, polite and professional. I always have a great time picking out jewelry pieces with him. I can depend on him to ensure my order arrives as I selected and in a timely manner. The pieces I’ve bought from him have lasted years, the jewelry is of amazing quality. When I need a new piece of jewelry or if I’m shopping for a gift, my first stop is always Rutledge Jewlers.

Rutledge Jewelers is the only place we will shop for jewelry or for repairs. Scott and his staff make everyone feel special and their service is outstanding. It's nice to have a jeweler you can trust and who has so much knowledge and experience. Highly recommended!

This little store is a hidden gem, from the spotless sparkling showcases to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was pleased with the appraisal service that was provided.

I took 3 watches into this jewellery store yesterday, 2 watches required batteries and the other working watch I asked that a pin be checked on the watch band. Batteries were replaced on the 2 watches no problem. The other watch was returned to me stating that it was dead. I explained several times that the watch was working that morning so I could not understand what happened and no explanation was given. They did not even bother to check the watch band which is what I asked. I will now have to take this watch to a technician to have fixed. Will not be going back to this store. Extremely disappointed. Update Thank you Scott for reaching out so quickly. Although I am unsure as to what happened, you were extremely professional and apologetic and fixed my watch to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to recommend your store in future.

Recently went into Rutledge Jewellers in Uxbridge to have a ring sized and stone replacement. Excellent service and received my ring back much sooner than expected. Would highly recommend.
