There customer service was not very good. they are about the money and not there clients. I tried over and over to get clarity on parts of my business transition from sole proprietorship to incorporation and was never giving proper answers. I also found out from another customer at the time, was using Tiffin and company that they did not even have a charted account working there and the person that I always dealt with was not even an accountant. Once I stated this they dropped me as a client.
