    My power went out and i had to pull the rope to get my car out, once the power returned i could not get the motor to open the door, i called Judy at Creative Door to send a technician, she was booked up for a few days but she took the time and walked me through reconnecting the cord so the motor would open the door. She saved me a service call and was extremely patient with me - Thank you I will definitely be calling you for service from now on.
