I cancelled my mom’s Bell service because I only use my cell phone. The next day they sent people to my house, “Why you cancel Bell?” Now they’re calling me every night! Seriously? Stop it!

Only had one time internet problem. Pretty stable service which meet my needs!

I have been in contact with Bell several times due to no TV service for 4 months now. Despite having contacted Bell CS and the Tech departments, these issues have not been resolved and I am still being billed for services they have not been able to provide. I have just spoken to Katia, a supervisor to discuss this and a $64 adjustment is all I am entitled to since they show no notes in their system about the issues. How is that even possible. Such poor service from Bell!!!
