I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are about to start a renovation project. We hired Atelier Jacob to produce and install our kitchen cabinets and countertops. I wish there was enough space here to mention all the mistakes they made. When the technical director came to evaluate the situation we asked if it was normal to have this many problems and he said no, we just had very bad luck. I don’t think luck has anything to do with it. The provided us with a horrible kitchen. Stay away!
I had a kitchen installed a few years ago. The technician did not appear to know what he was doing. Presently, some of the cupboards are showing wear. I am not please with this service or this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The prices are extremely high and the follow-up service is not satisfactory.
