Unfortunately they can't be trusted. I got a quote from the assistant manager one day, went in to make the purchase the next day and the manager raised the price 15% and claimed he could not find the note I saw the assistant manager write. The manager also claimed he could not call the assistant manger, but couldn't say why. These are not people I would recommend doing business with.
