PS4 Paid $100 and problem still exists. Doubt he did anything more than a cleaning - said he "reprogramed". Told him that it worked sometimes and not others. When picked up, he said he was not told that and it could not happen (calling my hisband a liar?), said it was disc or how my husband put the disc in. So much for a guarentee.
