We have a great variety of fine cheeses from Quebec and Europe to discover and enjoy!Let us take care of your cheese platters for your receptions and parties. You can simply select your favorite cheeses or we can surprise by taking care of everything for you.
Suggestions:
*You can also add to your cheese platter different pâtés and fruit chutneys including caramelized onions confit...
*Add a little zest to your camembert or brie. With a fork poke the surface of the cheese and heat it an aluminium foil topped with a little olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped tomatoes and some fresh basil.... wonderfully robust flavors!
