I visit the store to refund few items received as on gift. I have neither used or opened any of the stuff. On reaching the store, lady which calls herself owner of the store (when i asked her to call her manager) refuse to exchange/refund/issue store credit claiming blanked packing was opened. Whereas i have no intention and neither i opened anything. Above all she passed the comment that "i know who have bought this from our store and gifted to you. You must have opened it".

J'ai adoré mon experience. La propriétaire tres serviable, elle donne beaucoup dinformation et elle est tres agreable. Je me suis senti TRES confortable et aucune ventre pression :))
