I had a leaf spring added to my 2016 Tacoma today at Johnston’s tire. I’ve talked with Patti a couple of times to try and schedule the job around my schedule. She was very obliging and fitted me in on a Friday Great job and a pleasure to do business with.
We have been a longtime customer of Johnston Tire. We own 4 vehicles and have replaced all the tires in the past. Today I have 1 tire I thought might be a bit low in air, so I stopped in to Johnston Tire to have them check it for me. There was a worker out front hanging a sign on the wall. He told me to go inside to the man at the desk and he would help me! I did, the man replied it will be 15 minutes before anyone would be able to. I said, "15 minutes?" He then said, maybe 10 or 5. I left!
