    Waited 3 weeks fo...

    Waited 3 weeks for service call . Misquote price of service call and then they failed to provide a receipt even after i follwed up a month later

    Very Poor Customer Service

    I was given their number via Whirlpool for service on my refridgerator. I called and no one answered but a voicemail came on. Left a message. They did not return my call. I had called them and after 10mins on hold there excuse for poor customer service was because they were "too busy". I had to call someone else to come in and fix my refridgerator. I will be reporting them to Whirlpool for this. Whirlpool should get another company to do their service calls.
