A very bad experience at Kim's Nails today. The 'man behind the desk' yelled and screamed at me when I tried to book an appointment. Previously, he yelled at me and said 'we need money, money, money!' Not the way to talk to a customer. Never going back.
Had trouble at this place, the girl that did pedicure wrecked the footbed of my shoe trying to fix the polish on one toe, she used too much remover and it soaked into the footbed. Complained to owner, they did replace my shoes but he is a rude person. Will never go to his shop again.
Well. I'm am thoroughly disgusted and appalled by this Buisness. The massage chairs are not sanitized between clients for one. The foot soaker tubs should take at least 30 minutes to sterilize minimum to avoid any passing of fungul infections and warts to other clients. They do not sanitize their tools in front of you, which should be done if the business is professional. I only say this due to the fact I have a duel license in aesthetics and hairdressing. For health sake DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
I actually love kims. They are very friendly & do a consistent job! Best to make an apt though for your first time.
