I have purchased several guitars, amps and accessories from Central Music. They offer excellent service and always seem to have a great selection. Darren is really helpful and very knowledgable in the guitar/amp section and has always provided me with sound and honest advice. Great friendly staff who stand behind their sale with after sale service. Highly recommended.
I have only gone in a few times but each time I was greeted with a friendly sales rep who did his best to help with my needs. I never left empty handed.
I ordered item from them online, when it arrived it was a used item!
When i called to inquire - they accused me of being a liar and said I must have swapped it for an old identical used item i had before i bought something from them.
We sent a brand new drum head, when he complained it was used we asked him to send it back for a refund (we of course would pay for return shipping) and he refused, swearing at me over the phone demanding
an instant refund saying he would slander us all over the internet if we
didn't comply!!! In the end he received a brand new head for free, with free
shipping and still found time to post a negative comment about us.
