I would give no stars if that was an option. after a year of used oil collection, and no cheques received, we cancelled our service. We were then told the $209 owing wouldn't be paid out, as the rate we had paid for our hoods cleaning (six months ago) was a special rate because we were a customer, and so they were going to retroactively charge us more.
