Waited over a month for a simple affidavit for transfer of vehicle ownership. Owner suggested he would be taking care of it for weeks. Multiple follow-up emails and phone calls led nowhere. Only needed a simple notary public type signature. Took care of it myself at our local township office with a Commissioner of Oaths.
