Unbelievably terrible experience at this "Apple approved" shop. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. No where near Apple level service. Repairs took weeks to complete and I had zero updates along the way. Got a loaner that wasn’t in working order. When I asked to speak to someone about my unpleasant experience I was spoken to in a rude condescending tone and refused a call or contact from their superior. Thankfully Apple compensated me and the shop will be under investigation by Apple.
