What is this place??? I work near this strange building which has a gate and security cameras . The neon signs says open but I have not seen someone enter or leave this place in over 10 years. How do I get in if it says open but has a locked gate? I need to know what this place is.1 star because you can't even access it and the security cameras are scary.
