Currently dealing with a complete lack of customer service with Fossil. Was advised I would be contacted by a District Manager on March 3rd. Called back March 8th and was advised a Regional Manager would contact me. Its now March 14th and I have not been contacted by anyone. I really would have expected more from a high end company like Fossil. Completely unprofessional .
