    I went in for assistance at Rogers' Promenade Mall, Thornhill branch and had the most incredible experience. Nicolas helped me with a difficult problem on my phone and went above and beyond the call of duty. When I was ready to give up, he wasn't and managed to fix everything. He was helpful, friendly, and I would definitely recommend the store.
