The Core of Our Services - At Support On The way we hire staff that pass a very strict screening process to ensure knowledge of childcare with up to date expectations and regulations to ensure the right people at every centre. All of our staff will carry with them an "on-the-go" package containing all accurate and up to date documentation required. If for ANY reason they do not have it we will fax one to your centre right away upon your request. - Our staff are certified, qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and educated. Our staff range from Registered Early Childhood Educators, Early Childhood Assistant, Personal Support Worker, Special Needs Professionals, Child and Youth Workers including enriched programs in Early Learning and Care for Quality Improvement which includes certified Zumba and Yoga Instructors. more...     Working at support on the way from day 1 made me feel very comfortable and confident with friendly and helpful staff and representatives. Their payroll is semi monthly which is great and doesn’t matter what day of the week it falls on, you still get paid every 15th and last day of the month, twice a month, which is very convenient.
