Unfortunately my wife and I were unable to attend the funeral of an old friend. We were, however, pleased that we would be able to watch a livestream of the ceremony. WATCH is all we were able to do. I called them to say that there was no sound and was just fobbed off with 'Oh, we have had trouble with it for a while and are working on it'.
Absolutely shameful and disrespectful!! AWFUL service, but at least they had got their money from the family.
