I have been trying to get in this health centre for about two months now, they’re very dismissive. The receptionist is very rude, short with you. I had booked an appointment for an intake assessment with a nurse practitioner and the call only lasted 14 minutes when i didn’t even get to talk about my personal issues and when I asked how long it’ll take to start HRT, the nurse makes a very inappropriate comment and did not allow me to ask anymore questions& Didn’t call for my follow up appointment
