Short version: DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go to a reputable establishment or dealership. Long version: I came to have my transmission fluid changed because I couldn't find a time to align my schedule with a dealership...BIG MISTAKE... What should be about an hour turned into a nightmare. First it was "it should be another 15 mins" to "it will be another half hour" to " we will have you out of here within the hour"... then the place closed at 7pm and two of them offered to stay behind to finish the job

Hate would be a strong word.. very unhappy with my service technician Eric. the company as a whole is excellent and professional. I drive 10,000km/month which means I'm in for an oil change every month. I've had no issues for 8 years! but today the technician was very negative. .boarder line hostile. I believe he did a sufficient job but it certainly was not a pleasant experience for me. I found myself trying to be extra cheery around him to help out but to no avail. thought you needed to be informed.
