Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! I had a Reliable Plumber named Derek on June 15, 2022. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Derek was very knowledgeable, pleasant & professional. He unplugged my sewer pipes & cleaned up after the job. I was very impressed & would definitely recommend Derek as an excellent Plumber.
