Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I live in the countryside and rely on a vendor to maintain my septic tank. I contacted Thomas Houston Courtice Septic to have my septic tank pumped out. First excuse for not showing up ... the truck brakes were frozen, second excuse -- the weather was bad. I was to be without plumbing for six days unless Jupiter aligned with Mars and then no guarantee . I called a competitor who came on short notice in a snow storm to pump out the tank. Go figure !
