I went two times, I had bad experience. I ordered 2 spicy habanero chicken but I got one regular Mc chicken other side chicken was dry, taste was not good. One Chicken Patty was fresh, but other chicken was not good. I Ordered poutine on side, I got dry fries not enough gravy on. I think I am not going back to order at this place.

If I could click no stars I would. where do I begin. the staff is rude, incompetent, and seem to know nothing and careless about working. They always get the food wrong and I literally mean ALWAYS even something super simple, it’s honestly beyond ridiculous, I shouldn’t have to correct you 4 TIMES to get my simple burger made right. if something is discounted they don’t tell you they just sneak in something close to and hope you don’t even notice. I am beyond disappointed in this place. HORRIBLE

Of the last 5 visits to this branch the service is horrendous, usually 3 staff up front gossiping and complaining while it takes an avarage of 20 minutes for food that is usually pre cooked. Understanding some people have a bad day is one thing but constantly is not ok. The 10 minutes drive to Mc Donald’s in pembroke is well worth it for better service

I visites this McDonalds on June 8th around 12:05am. I waited 25+ minutes in the drive thru which I was very frustrated abour but did not say anythibg about it and was very polite. I finally got my food and noticed part of my order was missing. I walked to the front of the building to talk to an employer because I was not going to wait in the drive thru again. I was seen right away and ignored and then given the middle finger. I walked to the drive thru window and the same thing happened.
