Poor customer service
They may have nice flowers but they are lacking in customer service. I went to pick up an order for one of my clients. It was two cart loads. The employee asked if I had any help, i had my two year old daughter with me. I laughed and said no. She then pushed one of the carts to my truck and LEFT!! I didn't even make it to the truck to pull down the tailgate So I was left in the parking lot with two carts to unload and a two year old. Thanks for help!!
