My experience of service was good until I had to pay. Having been given a gift certificate @ Christmas for my treatment I was then asked to pay extra as their prices had increased in the New year. Found this to be very unprofessional as the certificate did not state price could change. I will never go back to this Spa or will I recommend anyone else to go. One very disappointed customer.
