TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in the second time for a haircut. The Hairstylist messed up my hair. I politely called the next day, asking for a refund since they did not do what I had asked for. Owner Ramsey called back a week later saying "don't ask for a refund, I run a business", even after acknowledging their error. He was rude and refused to return the money. Do not trust that kind of service.
