its been 20days passed still unable to resolve issue with my website, very horrible customer service and no proper way to reach right people. juggling between reps with no proper information and irony is its a paid service. kudoos to lame and horrible technical team

had a chargeback with shopify. we had ALREADY refunded the client's card as it was suspected as fraud. The bank and shopify clawed back the amount AGAIN, twice. emailed Shopify to no avail. poor customer service. You can't speak to anyone at shopify by phone and emails take forever to return. not the first time this has happened. better off building your own web store than use shopify IMO
